What we collect

When you use our quote, product or contact forms we collect the details you type (name, company, email, phone, province, your requirements and any artwork you attach), the page you sent it from, and your IP address and the time of submission (for spam protection).

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you become a customer — to produce and deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Our sales and office staff. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider; we may use an email delivery service to send you confirmations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up; order records are kept as required by law and by our quality program.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets only a session cookie needed for the forms to work. We do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

Your rights
