Our plant runs five production lines — four extrusion lines and a dedicated perforated tear-off (PTO) line — under a HACCP food-safety program.
What we do in-house
Extrusion
Polyethylene film extruded in-house in LDPE, LLDPE, HD and co-ex structures, to your lay-flat width and gauge.
Printing
Up to 2 colours inline or 4 colours off line, registered or random.
PTO line
A dedicated perforated tear-off line converts film into bags on a roll.
QC & Certificates of Analysis
Pre-run and hourly checks on weight, gauge, size and seals; a CoA can be issued with each production order on request.
HACCP / food grade
HACCP Approved • Custom Polyethylene Products • Food-Grade Film Solutions.
Custom sizes
Standard and customized plastic/poly bags to meet your unique needs — width, length, gusset, lip, tape and perforation to specification.
